About Warehouse Co-ordinator Role

The Warehouse Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining optimal inventory control and efficient warehouse operations for Diageo’s prestigious brand portfolio, including Baileys, Guinness, Smirnoff, and Johnnie Walker.

Key Responsibilities

• – Manage real-time inventory control through SAP system implementation
• – Oversee receipt, maintenance, and distribution of warehouse inventory
• – Ensure supplier deliveries meet quality and quantity requirements
• – Conduct regular stock reconciliations and maintain accurate records
• – Implement and maintain EABL Warehouse procedures and Diageo quality standards
• – Lead warehouse organization and cleanliness initiatives following 5S principles
• – Coordinate and participate in regular stock counts and variance investigations
• – Enforce Diageo Health & Safety protocols across warehouse operations

Requirements

• – Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• – 3 years of inventory management experience, preferably in FMCG sector
• – Advanced computer literacy with SAP proficiency
• – Graduate Diploma in Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (advantageous)
• – Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• – Excellence in organizational and leadership skills
