STEM Apprentices Program Overview
The STEM Apprenticeship Program aims to develop future manufacturing leaders while providing comprehensive training in a world-class production environment. Apprentices will gain invaluable experience working alongside Diageo’s 15,000-strong global supply team.
Key Requirements
- – Recent graduate (0-3 years) with Diploma/HND in Science or Engineering
- – Outstanding academic performance with Distinction/Credit qualification
- – Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- – Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- – Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for learning
- – Demonstrated leadership potential
Core Responsibilities
- – Learn and apply manufacturing principles in a real-world setting
- – Participate in hands-on technical training across various production areas
- – Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- – Develop professional work ethics and industry-specific skills
- – Collaborate with cross-functional teams
