Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites and mini-sites across all Equity Group entities, ensuring functionality and alignment with marketing and business strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual assets such as landing pages, web advertisements, brochures, and other branded digital materials.
• Consolidate approved content and update websites using existing templates or revised designs that reflect new campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor website traffic and analytics, adjusting layouts and optimizing content to achieve business targets and user engagement goals.
• Design intuitive navigation, wireframes, and mock-ups that offer a persuasive and visually compelling user experience.
• Develop responsive templates compatible with desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Create functional graphics, UI/UX designs, and digital concepts that communicate messages clearly and drive action.
• Manage web layouts, branding elements, logos, and design themes that are consistent with Equity’s corporate identity.
• Support digital integration by working with other departments to manage apps, social media, and interlinked digital assets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
• Solid experience working with popular CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.
• At least 2 years of experience as a web designer or full-stack developer.
• Proven ability to manage dynamic websites with complex brand and communication needs.
• Strong design foundation, including an understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and usability.
