Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Sports Program Development

• – Promote and encourage staff participation in regional games, family sports days, and interbank competitions
• – Develop high-performance sports programs across different regions
• – Arrange and support instructional matches for sports participants
• – Organize major sports competitions and demonstrations

Organizational Coordination

• – Collaborate with sports coordinator to develop and implement team goals
• – Attend organizational meetings and consult with key stakeholders
• – Create and maintain a comprehensive database of qualified players, coaches, and officials
• – Ensure sports activities reflect positively on Equity Bank’s brand
• – Monitor and maintain high-performance training standards

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background

• – Degree in Sports Management
• – Minimum of 2 years experience in sports management roles
