About the Role

NestVest is looking for a hands-on Website Operations & Conversion Manager to manage the day-to-day operation of our real estate website and improve the journey from property discovery to enquiry and CRM handover. The role coordinates website content, property and project pages, landing pages, lead-capture journeys, website quality checks and performance reporting. You will work closely with the Growth, Marketing, Product, Technology, Rental and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Website Content & Listing Operations Publish and update rental listings, resale properties and development projects.
Verify property details, prices, availability, images, location and calls to action are complete and current before publication.
Maintain a publishing calendar for property pages, project pages and campaign landing pages.
Coordinate source-data confirmation with the relevant property or project owner.

Website Journey & Quality Checks
