Nova Pioneer is a pan-African, independent network of schools committed to providing high-quality, accessible education from pre-primary through secondary levels. The organization currently operates 16 schools across South Africa and Kenya, with ambitious plans to expand to 100 schools across Africa in the coming decade.

Internship Opportunities:

Nova Pioneer is seeking interns for various departments, including:

1. Operations

2. Administration

3. Counselling

4. Library

5. Communication / PR

6. Laboratory

Key Responsibilities:

  • – Embody and promote Nova Pioneer’s culture
  • – Support departmental functions and activities
  • – Assist with daily administrative tasks
  • – Plan and execute projects under departmental guidance
  • – Collaborate with managers and team members on various initiatives
  • – Manage and organize information and communications
  • – Conduct market research and analysis when required
  • – Handle confidential information with discretion
  • – Undertake additional duties aligned with the internship goals

Requirements:

1. Recent university/college graduate or current student pursuing a degree/diploma in Counselling, Business Administration, Information Science, Library, Procurement, or related fields

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3. Proficiency in G-Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

4. Adaptability and ability to handle uncertainty and complexity

5. Proactive problem-solving skills

6. Enthusiasm for Nova Pioneer’s organizational culture

7. Desire to develop leadership skills and contribute to transforming African youth education
