Accountant

Viazi Kings is hiring for the Accountant position in Nairobi. This is a full time, mid level role. Qualification level: Bachelors; experience: 0 – 4 yrs. Viazi Kings is a private company specializing in buying, selling and distributing agricultural products. Applications close on 4 November 2026.

As we continue to grow we are seeking to recruit a qualified and results-oriented accountant to manage the company’s day-to-day finance and accounting functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company’s day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, reconciliations and timely preparation of management accounts and financial statements.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and provide financial analysis to management and board to support decision making and organizational performance.
• Coordinate budgeting and financial forecasting, monitor expenditure and working capital, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, profitability and overall business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field or CPA(K).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.Strong leadership, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
