Assistant Manager, Facilities

Job Description

The role holder will:

Support effective management, maintenance, and optimization of the Bank’s Capital Buildings by coordinating facilities management operations and workplace services to ensure safe, efficient, compliant, and well-maintained facilities.
Support the delivery of maintenance, refurbishment, and capital improvement projects, while ensuring compliance with statutory, health and safety, fire safety, environmental, and internal governance requirements.
Support strategic space planning and workplace enhancement initiatives through the assessment of accommodation requirements, optimization of space utilization, and preparation of reports to inform operational and business decisions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in delivering facilities management services and projects that protect the Bank’s assets, enhance employee experience, and support business continuity and organizational growth.
