Job Summary
Our client is seeking to hire a Technical Operations Lead at a fast-growing industrial equipment supplier and engineering firm to lead, manage, and oversee the workshop department, including but not limited to Field Service Technicians, Workshop Admins, Mechanics, Welders/Fabricators, Plumbers, and Pump Technicians.
Role Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to lead and coordinate the daily operations of the technical and workshop admin teams, ensuring the efficient delivery of assembly, installation, maintenance, repair, fabrication, and field service activities.
The Technical Operations Lead will ensure that technical jobs are properly planned, resources are effectively allocated, quality standards are maintained, safety requirements are followed, and customer expectations are consistently met.
