Job Description: Associate Analyst Operations – Checkout
The Associate Analyst Operations: Checkout will support core banking and payment service operations, focusing on ensuring transaction accuracy, resolving service issues, and collaborating across departments to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support daily transaction processing across banking services, ensuring accurate execution and timely delivery of tasks.
- Identify and resolve service or transaction failures by working with cross-functional teams like service operations and customer success.
- Utilize data tools and dashboards to monitor trends, detect anomalies, and deliver performance insights.
- Reconcile transaction records, flag inconsistencies, and assist with compliance and audit reviews.
- Participate in process improvement projects and implementation of new tools to optimize operations.
- Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure strict adherence to internal controls and operational discipline.
