Position Overview

Cellulant is seeking an experienced Sales Director for their Banking division to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. This strategic role combines hands-on sales execution with account management, serving as a stepping stone to senior sales leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • – Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with revenue and gross margin targets

  • – Provide detailed market analysis and customer insight reports
  • – Foster cross-departmental collaboration with marketing and product teams

Required Qualifications

  • – 5-8 years of advanced sales experience in the banking or fintech sector
  • – Proven track record in managing large enterprise accounts
