About the Organisation

Our client is an education and training organisation with operations in Nairobi and Eldoret, offering student recruitment services as well as ICT and AI training programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the Eldoret branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Provide leadership, direction and performance management to branch staff.
• Oversee the student recruitment process, ensuring effective follow-up, customer engagement and conversion.
• Drive business development and sales activities to generate revenue and expand the branch's client and student base.
• Identify and develop partnerships with schools, institutions, community organisations and other relevant stakeholders within the region.

Requirements

• Strong business development and sales capabilities, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and convert them into results.
• The ability to work independently, take ownership and make sound decisions in a developing business environment.
• A strong commercial mindset and demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve revenue targets.
• Knowledge of the local dialect and community networks will be an added advantage, particularly for building trust and developing business relationships within the region…
