Cabin Crew Performance Manager – Role Overview
The Cabin Crew Performance Manager role at Qatar Executive focuses on developing, coaching, and managing a high-performing team of Performance Officers (POs), Inflight Trainer Checkers (ITCs), and Cabin Crew members. The manager will oversee performance management, ensure compliance with airline and safety standards, and create strategies that elevate in-flight service quality. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Performance Officers (POs), Inflight Trainer Checkers (ITCs), and Cabin Crew to ensure operational efficiency and productivity
- Develop, implement, and monitor service standards, in-flight procedures, and products in coordination with Training and Inflight departments
- Conduct performance assessments and provide consistent, constructive feedback to enhance cabin crew performance
- Coach individual team members to elevate service standards, address underperformance, and foster professional growth
- Ensure compliance with airline standards and safety regulations to deliver an exceptional in-flight experience
- Collaborate with the Training department to develop programs that enhance in-flight service quality and operational excellence
- Provide welfare and counseling support to cabin crew, assisting with personal or professional issues
- Communicate regularly with the team to align individual roles with company objectives
- Participate in cabin operations as required, maintaining practical engagement with crew duties
- Provide input on cabin specifications for new aircraft deliveries to maintain high service standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Minimum 6 years of job-related experience, including Business Aviation cabin crew experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a performance management or comparable role, preferably in Business Aviation
- Strong background in performance management, coaching, and operational oversight
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, high-performance team environment
- Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational challenges efficiently
