The Capacity Development Intern at the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) will support the Capacity Development Section in Nairobi, Kenya. This role involves assisting with capacity development and training initiatives, drafting and organizing course materials, conducting research on urban development themes, and providing project coordination and administrative support. The intern will also engage in outreach efforts and assist in data collection and visualization. Candidate Requirements:

• Enrolled in a graduate program or final year of undergraduate program
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite
• Interest in UN work and commitment to its ideals
• Ability to interact with diverse cultural backgrounds
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is desirable
