Key responsibilities

• To provide flexible, on-demand support to operations by performing assigned tasks efficiently, maintaining workplace cleanliness and safety, and adhering to company policies and procedures while working as part of a team.
• Assist in specific tasks based on the industry (e.g., customer service, stock handling, administrative work).
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure total compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Report any disciplinary issues to the HR department.

Requirements

• Must have at least a Form 4 certificate (high school completion).
• A college certificate in any field will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
