Meridian Solutions Inc., a leading web and mobile solutions company, is seeking a Client Service Executive to join their team in Nairobi. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary range of KES 360,000 – 600,000 per annum and provides an excellent opportunity to work with a market leader in IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

– Build strong client relationships through ongoing support and regular sharing of best practices, insights, and product knowledge

  • – Partner with the sales team to ensure successful customer onboarding
  • – Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue across the customer lifecycle
  • – Maintain high customer renewal rates
  • – Develop strong product expertise and provide training and ongoing support
  • – Provide feedback on customer pain-points to internal teams
  • – Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities
  • – Handle incoming queries and build positive client relationships
  • – Qualify leads by identifying decision makers and understanding their requirements
  • – Hand over qualified leads to sales teams to close deals
  • – Maintain and update the lead generation database
  • – Achieve weekly and monthly targets

Requirements

  • – Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Success, Inside Sales, or Sales Development Representative roles, preferably in Ecommerce/Marketplaces, IT Infrastructure/Blockchain/Cloud Computing, or IT Services
  • – Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • – Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • – Working knowledge of upselling techniques
  • – Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • – Attention to detail with high-standard work delivery
  • – Goal-driven attitude with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • – Willingness to travel 0-30% of the time
