Role Purpose

The primary responsibility of the Data Entry Clerk Intern is to support the digital transformation and operational efficiency of Jubilee’s claims department. The intern will assist in managing healthcare provider and claims data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This internship provides valuable exposure to real-time processes in the medical insurance field and the chance to work on meaningful digital health initiatives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Input and update provider and claims data accurately in internal systems.
• Support claims processing and provider account reconciliations.
• Verify and escalate data discrepancies for prompt resolution.
• Digitize and organize physical claims-related documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize turnaround time and workflow.
