• Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) qualification.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ cumulative professional experience, including at least three (3) years at senior management level.
• Active membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) in good standing and experience supporting CHRP jobs in Kenya.
• Certificate in Computer Applications, a leadership and management course lasting at least two weeks, and compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
