Finance Associate (3-Month Contract)

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and flexible finance professional to join our Finance Team on a 3-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable: invoicing, client billing, statements of account, payment follow-ups and collections.
• Support accounts payable processes, including supplier payment preparation and tracking.
• Perform bank, vendor and customer account reconciliations and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, schedules and analyses.
• Support budgeting and costing for client activations, events and internal projects.
• Support compliance documentation for Kenyan taxes (VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax, eTIMS).
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams to resolve finance queries promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper Division).
• CPA Part 2 passed at minimum (candidates with higher CPA sections are encouraged to apply)…
