Finance Intern

Ando Foods is on a mission to create food brands for delivery only. We are creating the foundations of an idea – a premium experience, sustainable all round, and most importantly delicious restaurant quality delivery-only food that travels well. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Finance Intern who wants hands-on exposure to the finance operations of a fast-moving, multi-brand business.

What you’ll work on:

Daily sales reconciliations across platforms, brands and branches
M-Pesa, card, cash and bank reconciliations
Supplier invoice processing and accounts payable support
Investigating variances, missing payments, refunds and discrepancies
Supporting month-end close, stock takes and food-cost reporting
Maintaining accurate and organised financial records
Preparing reports and supporting the wider Finance team

The role is very operational and hands-on, with exposure to the full flow of transactions across Ando’s brands and locations.
