Duties and Responsibilities

Petroleum Social Development Analyst II is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level works under the guidance of a senior officer and supports social development activities within petroleum operations.

• Participate in monitoring and evaluation of social development programs.
• Promote collaboration among communities, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Participate in developing mechanisms for grievance and dispute resolution.
• Participate in social performance audits of community development projects.
• Promote public awareness and sensitization on petroleum impacts.
• Participate in preparing feedback mechanisms on social development matters in petroleum operations.
