The Finance Officer – Grants Compliance is responsible for ensuring donor compliance, audit readiness, and appropriate grant documentation at Landscape Alliance. This role involves operational support for audit processes, compliance monitoring, and maintaining documentation standards. The officer will contribute to strengthening organizational accountability and improving audit preparedness. Additionally, the position includes training and capacity building for staff on donor regulations and managing cash flow and invoicing processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/audit
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with international organizations
• Experience in financial, accounting, and auditing services
• Experience in audit, compliance, or risk management
• Familiarity with ERP systems, Agresso Unit 4 and Vision XL is a plus
