Requirements

Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
Must be a registered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a combined HR and administrative role, preferably in the healthcare or service sector.
Sound understanding of HR practices, labour laws, employee relations, performance management, and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
