Inspire Credit Limited is a non-bank financial service company licensed as a Digital Credit Provider (DCP) by the Central Bank of Kenya.Key Responsibilities

Manage outbound and inbound collections calls
Negotiate payment plans with borrowers
Maintain accurate records and meet collections targets
Ensure full compliance with CBK guidelines

What We Are Looking For

Mandatory previous experience in a similar role
Strong English and Swahili communication skills Target-driven with high integrity CRM or collections system experience is a plus
