We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead the onboarding and implementation process for new PEO clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact throughout implementation, ensuring a smooth transition, accurate system configuration, and a positive client experience.
The ideal candidate has experience with US payroll, client onboarding, and implementation projects, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Client Implementation & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end implementations for new PEO clients.
Gather client requirements and configure solutions accordingly.
Serve as the primary client contact during implementation.
Deliver training sessions to support successful system adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve implementation-related issues.
