East African Breweries Limited (EABL) is inviting eligible undergraduate students to apply for its 2026 Internship Programme in Nairobi and selected locations across Kenya. About the Internship Programme

EABL’s Undergraduate Internship Programme is designed to provide students with meaningful professional experience while supporting the development of future talent. The programme runs on a quarterly basis, with new internship intakes every three months.

Interns will contribute to real business projects, learn from experienced professionals and leaders, develop practical skills that complement their academic studies, and build professional networks and workplace confidence.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be a student in the third year or final year of study.
• Must intend to continue education after the internship or be awaiting graduation.
• Candidates who completed their studies more than 12 months ago are not eligible.
• Must be enrolled in a public or accredited private academic institution pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Must be on school break or holiday during the internship period.
• Must be dedicated to completing the full three-month internship programme.

Due to limited placement opportunities in Nairobi, EABL also provides internship placements through its subsidiaries and field-based teams across Kenya. Applicants who are flexible about working outside Nairobi are encouraged to indicate this in their application.

• Letter from the academic institution confirming that the applicant is a student and/or requires an internship as part of course completion.
• Personal Accident insurance cover for the duration of the internship.
• Bank account details.
• Copy of National Identity Card.
• Copy of KRA PIN Certificate.
• NSSF and SHA numbers.

Important Application Details

• Applicants must state their current area of study or degree title under the Education or Work Experience sections of the application.
• The programme runs for a fixed period of three months and cannot be extended.
• Applicants will be required to complete an online assessment after the application period closes to progress through the recruitment process.
• Applications are accepted online only. Offline applications and delivery of application documents to EABL offices are not accepted.
• EABL does not charge fees or request payment at any stage of the internship application or placement process.
