Position Overview: Manager – Revenue Assurance & Fraud

The Manager – Revenue Assurance & Fraud reports directly to the Chief Manager – Data Science. The role is permanent and pensionable, subject to successful completion of a six-month probationary period. Remuneration is aligned with the KRA salary structure and benefits package.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this managerial role is to lead data-driven initiatives focused on fraud detection and revenue assurance. The manager will ensure tax process integrity, compliance with tax policies, and mitigate revenue leakages through advanced analytics and innovative technology.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive analytics models to support real-time fraud prevention and detection.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in fraud detection, risk analytics, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Formulate strategic frameworks for fraud analytics and revenue risk assessment.
• Lead and oversee revenue assurance and fraud detection initiatives across the organization.
