Project Procurement & Logistics Manager

GE Vernova is hiring for the Project Procurement & Logistics Manager position in Nairobi. This is a full time role. Qualification level: Bachelors; experience: 0 – 4 yrs. GE Vernova is a purpose-built energy technology company on a mission to electrify and decarbonize the world.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project procurement execution plan, ensuring procurement milestones, supplier lead times, and logistics activities are aligned with the project master schedule and project delivery objectives.
• Ensure procurement execution activities are performed in accordance with the project procurement execution plan.
• Identify and manage supply chain risks impacting critical project equipment, implementing mitigation strategies to protect project schedule and delivery objectives.
• Responsible for reporting monthly progress, supplier claims and project cost summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or information system is preferred
