Regional Manager (Engineering)

East Africa & Nigeria is hiring for the Regional Manager (Engineering) position in Nairobi, Kenya. This is a full time role. Qualification level: Bachelors; experience: 5 – 9 yrs. Applications close on 23 November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional sales teams to achieve annual sales targets, gross profit margins and business growth objectives across East Africa and Nigeria.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand into new markets, grow existing customer accounts and support the development of the Nigeria branch.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and suppliers, negotiate commercial terms and close large orders and strategic business deals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognised university.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in sales and at least 6 years in people management, preferably within an engineering, technical sales or distribution business.
• Proven experience leading sales teams, achieving sales and gross margin targets, and negotiating and closing large commercial deals.
• Strong business development skills, with experience identifying new markets, managing key customer relationships and driving regional business growth…
