Candidate Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Ability to develop tailored research strategies
• Familiarity with business strategies and user-level impact
• Experience conducting research with young people, especially young women and marginalized groups
• Experience producing research for institutional donors
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong self-starter
• Bachelor’s degree in business, social science, or related field
• Familiarity with Nigeria’s youth employment context is an advantage
