Lead second-line risk and compliance oversight for Britam Connect, Partnerships & Digital Channels, ensuring that strategic, insurance, operational, conduct and regulatory risks are identified, assessed, monitored and managed within the Group’s approved risk appetite and applicable regulatory requirements. Provide specialist oversight of innovation, change and new product risk to support informed decision-making, responsible innovation and sustainable business growth while safeguarding customer and stakeholder interests.
