Sales and Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously refine strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Lead and drive the overall growth of the company through effective promotion and positioning of the company’s products and services.
• Generate sales in line with agreed targets, forecasts, and budgets, both through personal contribution and team performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve and enhance products and services based on market feedback and customer needs.

Requirements

• A commercial degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales and marketing role under Private Security Industry.
• Membership with the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) and/or the Institute of Public Relations Practitioners.
• Proficient computer user skills, including CRM and digital marketing tools.
• Demonstrates high integrity and ethical standards.
• Strategic, commercially astute, and able to identify and exploit market opportunities.
