Role & Responsibilities

The role requires a minimum of one week per month on-site at Green Heart Kilifi to maintain alignment with the development team and support client site visits.

The role involves building and sustaining strong client relationships and representing the Green Heart Kilifi brand professionally across all sales channels.

• The Property Sales Consultant will be partially stationed at Brookside, Green Heart Kilifi's sales office in Nairobi, and is responsible for driving sales of land plots at the Green Heart Kilifi development by sourcing buyers, partners, and opportunities within the Nairobi market.
• Drive sales of land plots, managing the full sales cycle from initial client contact through to closing, to meet assigned sales targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of real estate land conveyancing processes (e.g. title transfer, sale agreements, and land registration procedures in Kenya).
