Job Description
This position is perfect for candidates looking for Sales Coordinator jobs in Nairobi with a mix of administrative, customer service, and CRM-focused responsibilities. The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales Department in streamlining processes, maintaining data integrity, and enhancing the overall customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Process Management
- Manage and process incoming orders, coordinating with invoicing, logistics, and warehouse teams.
- Generate accurate documentation such as quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Respond to internal and customer inquiries promptly through email, calls, and ticketing systems like Zoho Desk.
- Maintain up-to-date sales pipelines and ensure on-time forecasting data input.
CRM & Data Accuracy
- Input and maintain customer and product data in Zoho CRM with a focus on 100% accuracy.
- Ensure warranty registration information from dealers is captured for aftersales support.
- Track sales performance, customer feedback, and prepare CRM-driven insights.
Customer Service & Ticket Management
- Serve as the frontline for Zoho Desk ticket resolution within SLA timelines.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction surveys and escalate critical feedback.
- Support the retention strategy through proactive customer engagement.
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, stock movement updates, and dealer activity summaries.
- Assist in creating sales presentations and internal strategic briefs.
- Monitor and process sales team expenses, reimbursements, and related financial claims.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, production, and finance departments for smooth sales execution.
- Coordinate warranty and return cases with the service center.
- Support sales activations, dealer events, and campaigns alongside the marketing team.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales support roles in Kenya, especially in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk or similar systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ERP experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in coordinating end-to-end sales cycles in B2B or B2C setups.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize within a high-pressure environment.
- Understanding of inventory and logistics workflows.
- Exposure to promotional campaigns and field activations.
