The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is looking for a qualified Senior Driver/Clerk to support its Resilience Hub in Nairobi. This full-time position plays a crucial role in providing safe, reliable driving services and clerical support to the Hub and its leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and punctual driving services for UNDP officials and visitors
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs and ensure daily vehicle checks
• Perform minor vehicle repairs and ensure timely servicing
• Deliver mail, documents, and assist with logistics as required
• Support clerical and administrative functions including workshop and pouch support

Requirements

• High School Certificate
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience with a safe driving record
• Basic vehicle maintenance and repair skills
• Fluency in English (Swahili is an added advantage)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and web-based systems)
