Job Description

The Shop Attendant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily operations at Zidi’s flagship retail location. • Handle cash and digital transactions, including M-Pesa, with accuracy and professionalism

• Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming store atmosphere

Required Qualifications

• KCSE certificate or equivalent education

• Physical stamina for standing during long shifts and conducting product demos
