The Technical Field Support Officer will support the rollout, installation, configuration, maintenance, and technical support of a hardware-dependent solution across multiple sites. The role is responsible for ensuring that deployed hardware, peripheral equipment, connectivity components, and related systems are operational, properly maintained, and supported throughout the implementation and post-deployment support period. The analyst will provide hands-on field support, troubleshoot technical issues, train users, maintain asset records, coordinate with vendors and site teams, and ensure that service disruptions are resolved promptly and professionally.
