The consultancy position is based in the HR Section of the Corporate Services Division at the Nairobi Duty Station.

Under the guidance of the Chief of the HR Section, the consultant will report to the Training Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre-learning needs assessment and produce an analytical report to inform the design and development of learning resources and activities.
• Design and develop diverse learning resources, including presentations, learning guides, case studies and practical exercises or projects, ensuring alignment with identified learning needs and objectives covering the identified topics.
