Assistant Director Internal Auditor

QCL is hiring for the Assistant Director Internal Auditor position in Kenya. This is a full time role. Qualification level: Masters; experience: 10+ yrs. Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail; Applications close on 16 November 2026.

Coordinating development, implementation and review of internal audit systems, procedures, guidelines and strategic Internal audit framework to provide assurance on the effectiveness of the Laboratory’s management operations and internal controls;

Guiding preparation of audit programs to ensure that audits are planned and professionally managed for purposes of adequacy in audit findings;

Requirements

• Cumulative service period of 12 years’ relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Principal Internal Auditor or in a comparable position.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following discipline: Commerce (Accounting/ Finance Option), Business Management (Accounting/ Finance Option), Economics or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution…
