Candidate Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in business services or operations
• Experience managing operations across multiple locations
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Understanding of internal controls and compliance
• Ability to coordinate across functions and levels
• Knowledge of Kenyan regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
