NRC is seeking an experienced Chief of Party to lead the ‘Catalyst Fund’ for Locally Led Humanitarian Response & Solutions. This role involves providing strategic leadership across countries and partners, driving program delivery, and promoting locally led partnerships. The Chief of Party will be responsible for establishing the Fund’s operational model, managing its budget, and ensuring compliance with donor agreements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NRC’s systems and a proven track record in managing humanitarian funds.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in senior management roles
• Strong understanding of NRC’s internal systems
• Proven experience managing humanitarian pooled funds
• Experience in localisation and locally-led humanitarian response
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Prior expertise in Sub-Saharan Africa displacement contexts is an advantage
• French language skills are an advantage
