Consultant, Regional Administrative Data for Counter Trafficking

International Organization for Migration (IOM) is hiring for the Consultant, Regional Administrative Data for Counter Trafficking position in Nairobi. This is a full time role. Qualification level: Masters; experience: 5 – 9 yrs. Established in 1951, IOM is the leading inter-governmental organization in the field of migration and works closely with governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental partners. With 165 member states, a further 8 states holding observer status and offices in over 100 countries, IOM is dedicated to promoting humane and orderly migration for the benefit of all.

It does so by providing services and advice to governments and migrants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead/deliver capacity development programs including at least 1 workshop and 1 training per country of interest, with additional training defined by stakeholders in advance, in coordination with IOM Country Offices, national consultants and relevant stakeholders.
• Develop means to monitor the sustained success of the linkage such that administrative data is collected and used for counter-TIP and counter-SoM.
• Ensure the mainstreaming of gender responsiveness, child protection, victim-centred, trauma-informed and non-stigmatizing considerations into the deliverables.
