• The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising security personnel across assigned areas, ensuring proper deployment and manning of security assignments, maintaining operational standards and enforcing compliance with company procedures and client assignment instructions.
• Ensure proper manning and deployment of security officers during assigned shifts within the designated area of responsibility.
• Conduct assignment induction and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for newly deployed security personnel.
• Ensure security officers understand and comply with assignment instructions before deployment.
