Head of People & Culture

ITM Kenya Ltd is hiring for the Head of People & Culture position in Nairobi. This is a full time role. Qualification level: Bachelors; experience: 5 – 9 yrs. Professional HR qualification and valid membership/practising credentials as required under applicable Kenyan regulations.

Minimum 8 years' progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a management or leadership capacity.

Demonstrated experience leading a country-level or multi-site HR function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of Kenyan employment legislation, employee relations and HR
• Proven experience in organisational development, performance management, culture transformation and workforce planning.
• Experience in healthcare, retail, technology or another fast-paced operational environment is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in HR information systems, people analytics and management reporting.
