Requirements

• You do not take over the head of department’s performance management.Complete exits with the file, asset return, and a recorded reason.Fill vacancies with the hiring manager, including camp roles, and keep selection fair and documented.Answer staff and managers on leave, contracts, and basic Kenyan labour practice, and escalate cases that need the HR & Administration Manager or the General ManagerRequirementsA diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.At least 3 years in Kenyan HR administration: contracts, personnel files, leave, and discipline.Able to be based at Severin Sea Lodge in Mombasa and…
