Customer Performance Intern Job Description

The Customer Performance Intern will support Mobility Operations in managing customer relationships, monitoring loan repayments, and tracking fleet performance. This role provides structured learning in collections management, customer outreach, and operational reporting while working alongside experienced professionals in operations and customer success.

This internship is designed for individuals interested in fintech, financial inclusion, and e-mobility. The position supports daily activities that ensure repayment compliance, portfolio health, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Support fleet driver monitoring to help ensure operational performance targets are achieved.
  • Assist with driver-related issue resolution and coordinate communication with external stakeholders, including local authorities.
  • Identify customers with overdue payments and compile documentation supporting recommended recovery actions.
  • Help coordinate field visits for payment follow-ups or asset recovery.
  • Contribute to daily and weekly reporting by compiling basic collections and recovery analysis.
  • Follow company policies to ensure legal compliance and professional conduct in all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in collections, fleet management, or customer performance-related roles.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in managing sensitive or difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ability to support field operations and interact appropriately with local authorities and community leaders.
  • Proficiency in data tracking systems and reporting tools such as Excel and Freshdesk.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on operational requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with motorbike financing, e-mobility, or ride-hailing fleet operations.
  • Understanding of fintech and financial inclusion principles.
