Platinum Outsourcing and Logistics is hiring for the Customer Service Exports position in Nairobi. This is a full time role. Qualification level: Diploma; experience: 0 – 4 yrs. Platinum Outsourcing & Logistics (E.A) Ltd was founded and incorporated in 2010, to lead in provision of outsourcing and logistics services. Applications close on 5 November 2026.

Requirements

• Diploma in Clearing and Forwarding/ Diploma in Customs Administration or related
• At least 2 years’ experience in export documentation, freight forwarding, or customer service within the Clearing and Forwarding industry.
• Knowledge of export documentation, Shipping Instructions, Bills of Lading, and customs clearance procedures.
• Familiarity with shipping line portals, cargo tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines…
