About the Role

The Entry-Level Data Analyst will support factory and operational teams by turning data into useful business insights. The role involves working with operational datasets, preparing performance reports, developing dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying areas for improvement.

The successful candidate will work with teams across Production, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and other functions to support data-driven decisions, continuous improvement, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze factory and operational data.
• Prepare regular production and performance reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support teams in making data-driven business decisions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and other teams.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Interpret operational data and provide insights that support production efficiency and performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: Approximately 1 year of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Microsoft Excel: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Data Visualization: Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Data Analysis Tools: Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is an added advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Data Interpretation: Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Business Insights: Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights.
