Finance and Accounts Officer II

Financial Reporting Centre (FRC) is hiring for the Finance and Accounts Officer II position in Nairobi. This is a full time, mid level role. Qualification level: Bachelors. The Financial Reporting Centre (FRC) (Kenya's Financial Intelligence Unit) is established under section 21 of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2009. Job Responsibilities

Initiating payment processes as guided by the Senior Accountant and submitting for verification;

Filing of payment records for all transactions;

Reconciling payment records for all transactions;

Preforming bank reconciliations;

Processing student/customer payments and issuing receipts as appropriate;

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring supporting documents for payments are received from users and attaching to payments;
• Preparing reports on cash balances; and

Requirements

• Academic – Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, (Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, )
