Financial Intelligence Officer II (Compliance and Regulation)

Financial Reporting Centre (FRC) is hiring for the Financial Intelligence Officer II (Compliance and Regulation) position in Nairobi. This is a full time, mid level role. Qualification level: Bachelors. The Financial Reporting Centre (FRC) (Kenya's Financial Intelligence Unit) is established under section 21 of the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2009. Job Responsibilities

Developing tools and manuals relating to registration, monitoring of AML/CFT/CPF compliance by reporting entities

Registering and guiding reporting institutions for compliance with the requirements of section 36A (1) of POCAMLA

Updating registration and monitoring databases

Conducting risk based onsite and offsite inspections of reporting institutions to ensure compliance with section 24 (c) of POCAMLA
